Deposit:

local Move: To schedule a date and reserve space on a truck, a deposit of $100 will be required.Your deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled move, there is no cancellation fee.

Long Distance Move: To schedule a date and reserve space on a truck, a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the move is required. The deposit will be applied to move and deducted from the total cost. The deposit is refundable up to 3 business days prior to you move date. All cancellations must be in writing (via e-mail or fax to 718-292-7797). The deposit can be in the form of Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Return of packing materials:

Any new packing materials purchased on line and not utilized may be returned within 90 days to our facility for a full refund.

You must have proof of purchase in hand.
